Our family has been in to see the German shepherd, Burmese mountain, and Great Dane puppies. We're ready to make the next step. Since being under new ownership the staff has been so friendly and very knowledgeable about the puppies for adoption.

Everyone there was so helpful and nice. They were very informative in telling us everything we needed to know about bringing home our new baby girl and making sure we had everything we needed for her. They are very easy to work with.

Me and my wife purchase a boxer a couple weeks ago the owner is not a typical Petland owner he truly cares about his customers and the pets if you were going to purchase an animal out of Petland I would definitely try Robinson Town Center you won't be disappointed The Boxer that I purchased looks amazing now he's not no low-end boxer he definitely has a good blood line

My husband and I went to every humane society, shelter, website, ect that we could find with no luck. We were looking for a family dog for our 1st baby on the way! I was really against purchasing thru petland bc of the negative hype. Being in the area, we decided to walk in just to see for ourselves. Not only were the puppies clean they all seemed very happy and well cared for.
We met a great pyrenees and fell in love! He has just been wonderful. They had his complete medical history, the name of his breeder, and pics of his parents. In fact, they require you to take your pet in for a vet apt within 10days. if you take them to the vet they go thru, petland will reimburse your visit fee. To top it off these pets come with a warenty! 3 yrs to be exact! Sounds to me like this new manager is taking all courses to ensure you and your pet are protected against past issues.Jenna Reed

Since Billy has been the NEW owner this place as been over hauled. Billy and his staff truely care about the animals and take extremely good care of them.
For anyone that had negative experiences with this specific location, GO BACK and check it out. The staff and Billy welcome you with open arms and will do what it takes to make sure you are taken care of with what ever you may need/want.

After spending some quality time at this location that is under new ownership and management I am pleased to write a positive review.
The immediate changes at this location have been tremendous and too many to mention, but are absolutely worth the trip in to see for yourself!
The store is bright, freshened, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean, and a complete remodel is in the works for early 2017. The remodel will include all new kennels and plenty of space for visitors to get to know and spend some time with their possible new family addition (whether it be a bunny, chinchilla, Guinea pig, ferret, kitten, fish, or puppy).
The kennel is versed on how to truly care for puppies and the various other animals. The dogs appear healthy and loved. While many of you on here have questioned this in the past ... a new visit and some free puppy kisses will be the visualization and reassurance you need to see all the very apparent changes.
The store has moved to grain-free foods and the selections are unlike those at big retails pet stores. I will not rant here but please educate yourself on dog foods that are not co-packed, made in small batches, grain-free foods, and their benefits for your animals. You will find many of these brands here including FROMM.
The new owner is kind, compassionate, and spends his time with each and every family that he can to make sure the decision to bring a new family member home is one met with ease and little concern. To see someone with a genuine heart caring about each and every one of the animals that goes home is refreshing.
Truly educate yourself on dog breeds and the requirements in which a breeder must have before Petland brings puppies to the store. These include, but are not limited to USDA certification, and no direct breeding violations within the last three years.
I know there is some negative stigma surrounding this location, but do yourself a favor and stop in and see the new changes, talk with the owner, and take home a new baby like I have.Ashley Felker

We went into Pet Land in Robinson Township with intentions to just look at the animals. As soon as we walked in we spotted a Puggle. We bonded with her right away but knowing we had a black lab at home named Charlie we were reluctant to buy a puppy. We left that evening deciding not to purchase her. The decision weighed on us and we felt sad like she should have come home with us. I called the store late around 900pm and to our surprise our little Puggle was still there. Bill Davis the manager took a deposit and agreed to hold the puppy for us until the next day. We went back and I had some problems with financing but Bill Davis did everything possible to help us take our new little puppy home. He and all the staff at Pet Land care about the animals and worked hard so we could bring our puppy home. Thank you Bill from the bottom of our hearts. We love our little Bella and couldn't imagine life without her. Thank you Bill and all of the Pet Land staff. You gave us everything we needed and wanted to be prepared to take Bella home. Thank you for what you do with beautiful loving animals that all need wonderful homes. I must add Bill is the new owner and he does and amazing job. You can tell when people just work at a job and when people truely love and care about what they do.
