Shanise was an amazing help. She shared a wealth of knowledge, obviously is passionate about pairing the right people to the most appropriate dog and vice versa. She is a well versed, caring, enthusiastic, funny, an enjoyable to work with employee, who obviously loves what she does. Can't say enough about our family's experience!

I stopped by Petland Robinson to shop for my black lab. I was greeted by Jessica with a smile who was very helpful from the start. She was professional and knowledgeable on the products I was looking for as well as ones I was unfamiliar with. It felt great knowing I was getting expert advice on quality products for my dog! I will definitely be back to do my shopping here. Too often today businesses are short staffed and have no time to spend with you but I was very pleased with the service I received. Thank you Petland Robinson and especially Jess!

We are from out of town and visited this Petland to do some research on our future pup. We were very impressed! The store was extremely clean - no smell whatsoever. The puppies all looked very healthy and their kennels were extremely clean. The animals see a vet regularly but luckily most puppies don't usually spend more than two weeks in-store before finding their forever home. One of the store associates (ironically named Maltese!) was a wealth of information and was able to answer our many questions. While we aren't yet ready to purchase, we really appreciated Maltese's attention and helpfulness. It is clear the customer service is a priority at this store, on top of the best care for the pups. Additionally, we met the owner (who was there delivering Christmas presents to the employees!) and he was so warm and friendly. I definitely give this location a five star rating.

Great store if you need something right at the moment but they only carry the obvious simple things like a variety of pet food and toys. If you are looking for higher end pet items mainly electronic your best bet would be online
