Beaver Falls sits on the Beaver River and started life as Brighton. The Harmony Society bought the land in 1859, renamed it, and brought in the industry the city grew on. Geneva College has been here since 1880.
The Beaver River Trail runs 1.7 miles along the river on the northeast edge of the city, on the old Pittsburgh and Lake Erie rail bed, from 1st Avenue and 11th Street up past the college. It is kept up by Beaver River Rails to Trails. A few minutes away in Brighton Township, Brady's Run Park covers more than 2,000 acres with trails, ball fields and a 22-acre lake, and it is the largest park Beaver County has. Neither publishes a pet policy we could confirm, so call ahead or check the signage before you take a puppy in.

Take I-79 south, then follow I-376 west toward the airport. Get off at Exit 59, Robinson Town Centre Boulevard. We are on Park Manor Blvd, a minute from the bottom of the ramp.
Coming from the south (Washington, Canonsburg, Peters Township, Bridgeville)
I-79 north to I-376 west toward the airport, then Exit 59, Robinson Town Centre Boulevard. Follow it round to Park Manor Blvd and you will see us.
Coming from the east (Pittsburgh, Crafton, Carnegie, McKees Rocks)
Straight out the Parkway West, I-376 westbound toward the airport, and off at Exit 59, Robinson Town Centre Boulevard. It is the last exit before the airport corridor opens up.
