- Pet Counsellors who will talk you out of a breed. If a breed is wrong for your household we would rather say so than sell you one.
- Every puppy is seen by two to three independent veterinarians before it is available in the store.

What happens when you get here
You tell a Pet Counsellor what you are after, they bring out the puppies that fit, and you spend time with them in a playroom. While a reservation is not required, reservations take priority. A reservation is highly recommended and helps ensure you see the puppy you are interested in.
What Washington actually takes home
59 families from Washington have bought a puppy here since the start of 2023, and between them they took home 42 different breeds. That is close to one distinct breed for every two families, which is the honest reason we do not try to guess what you want before you walk in.
The ones we have sent home to Washington most often are Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds and Shih Tzus. The puppies below are sorted with those breeds first whenever we have them in the store.
Getting here from Washington
I-70 East to I-79 North, then I-376 West toward the airport and out at Robinson Town Centre. That is usually 30 to 40 minutes.

Coming from the south (Washington, Canonsburg, Peters Township, Bridgeville)
I-79 north to I-376 west toward the airport, then Exit 59, Robinson Town Centre Boulevard. Follow it round to Park Manor Blvd and you will see us.
Coming from the north (Wexford, Cranberry, the North Hills, Beaver County)
Take I-79 south, then follow I-376 west toward the airport. Get off at Exit 59, Robinson Town Centre Boulevard. We are on Park Manor Blvd, a minute from the bottom of the ramp.
Coming from the east (Pittsburgh, Crafton, Carnegie, McKees Rocks)
Straight out the Parkway West, I-376 westbound toward the airport, and off at Exit 59, Robinson Town Centre Boulevard. It is the last exit before the airport corridor opens up.
Coming from the west (Moon Township, Coraopolis, Imperial, the airport)
I-376 east toward Pittsburgh and off at Exit 59, Robinson Town Centre Boulevard. If you are coming from the airport it is about ten minutes.
Families also come to us from Meadow Lands, Houston, Chartiers, North Strabane.
